To register and maintain an active account on gan89, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

gan89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of chargebacks, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

11.3 gan89's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gan89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
